Storq
I know I'm not the only one who has felt completely and totally frumpy while pregnant. (Or not pregnant. I should have thrown away those high school track sweats long ago.) From the second you *think* you might have something growing inside of you, nothing seems to fit. Or if it does, it looks off. Not quite right. Too tight here, I hate this color, I'm soooo hot. Nothing works. Nothing makes you happy. (I'm making myself sound like such a fun person when I'm expecting.:))
When my husband forwarded me a link to Storq, I was so excited. Finally! Ahhhh! Finally! Four chic basics you can wear anytime during your pregnancy.
Storq is the simple, beautiful solution for the seemingly unsolvable pregnancy fashion problem: frumpiness. It's ironic that at a time when you feel your body is doing this incredible thing, it's so difficult to match those feelings by what we look like on the outside. I think the solution to this is simple: a uniform. A pregnancy uniform is a genius idea if you want to look and feel pulled together and not even think about it. You can switch up accessories, shoes, etc. but not even think about the rest. And there is so much else to think about when you're planning for a baby.
Storq is gorgeous and affordable. I spent hours looking for basics just like these only to find poorly made substitutes. They were less expensive, yes, but would barely make it through nine months. And, while wearing them I wasn't happy. Too short. Not stretchy enough in the waist. The maternity panel was too big or too tight. You name it. Buy a cute bag of all these things and save yourself a lot of heartache. (And tears! Oh, the tears right before you have to leave and realize you have nothing to wear!) It would make an amazing expectant mama gift, or gift for yourself. (Do it!) They also look cool enough to wear in the summer, or versatile enough to layer in the winter.
And my final selling point--Go to their FAQs page and scroll down to Online Diversions. Yep. You gotta support this kind of internet awesomeness, my friends.
I was not compensated in any way for this post. Just super excited about sharing Storq and fighting frumpiness.
