Happy Holidays and a Big Thank You

The holidays are here! While we're all focusing on merriness, brightness, and giving, I want to pause and acknowledge all of you. Thank you. Thank you so much to all of the Original Archiving readers whether you're subscribers, Design Mom readers, Pinterest followers, or following my Twitter, my husband's design process blog, Field Study, or maybe you were an Inadvertent Haiku fan. Or maybe you accidentally landed here and want to get out fast. Ha. However you ventured here, thanks and so glad you're here.

I started the Original Archiving Co. blog in October 2012, only two months ago, as a way to catalogue my daily discoveries online and share them. This was only one month after becoming a Discovery Editor for Designmom.com. My discoveries on both blogs are generally design-related, but if you've been following, you know now I'm fascinated with the night sky, miniature things, classic love poetry, my unceasing gluttony, New York City living, etc. I'm a generalist with a lot of interests and that seeps into my posts. I will continue to curate design-related posts on Original Archiving as the majority of content—with a sprinkling of other. I like surprises. My Design Mom posts will continue to be about the coolest, most interesting, and the most beautiful things I find online. I love my job.

Also. I have been so pleased and humbled by your support, feedback, and outreach through social media. I'm new to that world and am so excited to have already met so many cool people through Twitter, Facebook, Design Mom, and online Alt classes. The creative community is the best.

And one last thing. Thank you to all the thoughtful people I've met who've said, It's Koseli, like "closely", right? Yep, it is. So nice to meet you. When we meet at Alt, don't be shy.

Happy Holidays, everyone.
